Things you should know
All teachers have state-required units in Early Childhood Education, CPR and First Aid Training, Mandated Reporter Training, and Criminal Background Checked. Most hold higher education degrees and Montessori credentials through Montessori accredited training programs or are currently in training to ensure we maintain highly qualified staff.
Our Montessori school follows the state requirement ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising at most 12 children in attendance. Every classroom consists of a head teacher and two qualified assistants for a group as large as 36 students.
Our staff and children’s safety is our highest priority. Policies and guidelines are in place to provide a safe and healthy environment for all visitors, including: touchless attendance system, motion-detecting hand sanitizers, daily sanitizing and janitorial in a safe enclosed campus with external security cameras, access code entry, and a emergency disaster plan.
